Refund & Cancellation Policy

The fee paid for the Initial Paid Strategic Evaluation is charged for the time and professional expertise dedicated to reviewing your notices/case documents.

Once the case documents are reviewed or the consultation is conducted, the fee is strictly non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your physical or video consultation, you must inform us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot. Bookings can be rescheduled a maximum of one time, subject to availability.
